Educational problems are of course inseparable from various evaluation materials that need

to the low awareness of students in carrying out the rules. SMAN 11 Banjarmasin has a
vision and mission to produce students who are superior and have character. To achieve this
goal, Program MELISA (Melihat Sampah Langsung Ambil) was created, which aims to
maintain school cleanliness and minimize the use of plastic bottles. In addition, there is also
the Wise Program (tutoring and counseling) implementation method which describes the
stages that need to be carried out starting from planning/proposing to reporting in a series of
activities for implementing activities with an in-depth initial survey related to the program
innovations in SMAN 11 Banjarmasin. Program MELISA (Melihat Sampah Langsung
Ambil), all school members are directed to be obedient, disciplined, and productive through
waste. Among the first, Dispose of trash scattered around the school into the available trash
cans. It is hoped that all students will have an awareness that waste needs to be destroyed as
a form of concern for the environment and the future. Program BIJAK (Bimbingan Belajar
dan Konseling) program, all levels of educators in schools coordinate with each other to
form students who are superior, accomplished, active, and avoid deviant behavior. Several
steps including carrying out socialization activities for students both classically and in
groups, detecting students who experience learning disorders or problems at school,
detecting students who experience symptoms of deviant behavior at school, coordination
between mentor teachers, subject teachers, and guidance teachers, then providing services to
students both classically, in groups and individually by the counseling teacher at SMAN 11

supervisor every month. Building a caring character for the environment also needs to be
built with consistency. The character attitude of loving the environment should be instilled
from an early age because this character requires an internalization process so that when
they grow up they have an attitude of caring for the environment around them, in this case
like trash. Therefore, in the Program MELISA (Melihat Sampah Langsung Ambil), all school
members are directed to be obedient, disciplined, and productive through waste. Among
them, such as throwing garbage scattered around the school into the available trash cans. As
well as with Program BIJAK (Bimbingan Belajar dan Konseling). These two programs are
coordinated directly by the school principal and the board of teachers to instill good
behavior in schools and avoid various kinds of student deviant behavior. In carrying out the
